1、Materials

2、Paint

Of some closed paint products, they use one kind of packing oiling to fill on the surface to fill, its resin content is about 10%, and others are chemistry powder to prevent the paint undercut. During the process, we use twice closed paint to make it waterproofing and reduce the orange peel, it seems like membrane to protect the base.The paint effect has two kinds, open and close. The open paint may clearly see and touch the clearance between grains. To achieve this kind of effect, we only paint the waterproof PU primer but not the fully enclosed. Then comes to the color, we use manually hand paint to give you a sense of 3d effect, natural feeling, but not using machinery to spray, is dim and unnatural . It will not turn yellow under normal uses in one year.
